Nicolai Muller: Not looking to leave Mainz this summer

Reports in the German media have suggested that the attacking midfielder, who joined Mainz from Greuther Furth in 2011, will look to leave the Coface Arena at the end of the season.

Muller has netted seven goals in his 13 appearances for Mainz this term, attracting the attention of numerous clubs within the German top flight.

However, despite the rumours, the 26-year-old remains committed to his contract, which is not due to expire until 2015.

"There is no truth in those stories," he said. "I am a player of FSV Mainz 05 and I like being at our club.

"Most of all I have a contract left to go at Mainz, I am under contract until June 2015."

Muller won his first international call-up earlier in the year when he represented Germany A in May before being promoted to make his senior debut later the same month in a friendly against Ecuador.

ow is the time for Allardyce to finally get a chance at a big club please. He is likely to have a number of great offers for his services this summer, but who will he choose? Will it be Liverpool, Real Madrid, Dortmund or Man City?
