Leicester assistant manager Craig Shakespeare praised his players' spirit and courage as the Foxes preserved their 100 per cent home record in the npower Championship with victory over Burnley.
A 46th-minute volley from David Nugent, and a deflected Jamie Vardy strike 10 minutes later, earned the Foxes a 2-1 win after they had fallen behind to Dean Marney's 10th-minute opener.
It was City's third win at home and lifted them nine places to 10th in the table after they had been booed off by their fans at half-time.
Shakespeare said: "We were very pleased with the result.
"At the start of the game Burnley's shape was hard to break down.
"Then when they scored a good goal on the counter attack it put us on the back foot.
"The first goal is vitally important and because we needed the win it puts extra pressure on us.
"But I am delighted for the players in terms of the spirit and courage they showed because the fans made their feelings known at half-time, and I think that was more born out of frustration with the scoreline than the performance.
"We tinkered with it at half-time, changed the shape a little bit, brought Anthony Knockaert in from a wide position and played him behind the strikers.
"That was pivotal in us getting back in the game. The goals gave us the platform to go on, and maybe we also had a bit of luck tonight as well."
Burnley manager Eddie Howe said: "We were happy at half-time.
"We came with a game plan and and I felt we frustrated Leicester in the first half.
"But the killer blow for us was to concede straight after half time.
"The manner of the goal as well was hugely disappointing from our perspective considering how well we had defended in the first half.
"So to open the half up with that was really poor.
"Their second goal was a huge deflection and there was nothing Lee Grant could have done about it.
"Then we were chasing the game and we could have scored near the end.
"If we had got a late equaliser it would have been a great result for us.
"I am concerned about the fact we have not got a point away from home.
"But many sides are finding it hard to win away."
