nterestingly, it appears Jose may have been correct in his marginalisation of Juan Mata. They have failed to keep a clean sheet in any (league) game in which he has featured this season, whilst they have kept 4 clean sheets in the 5 games in which he has played no part. Obviously that's not the sole reason, but an interesting statistic nonetheless.
