The 29-year-old was arrested in Leith Walk, Edinburgh on Sunday night.

He has been released on bail to attend court at a later date.

The former Scotland player started his career with Hibs and returned to the Easter Road club last season after leaving in 2006. He now plays for Russian side Tom Tomsk.
