David Bentley: Knee trouble

David Bentley: Knee trouble

Sunday, March 17

Blackburn v Burnley

DJ Campbell (ankle), Josh King (hamstring) and Markus Olsson (hamstring) have joined Blackburn's lengthy injury list. Bradley Orr (ribs), Adam Henley (hamstring) and Dickson Etuhu (knee) are also sidelined while Colin Kazim-Richards and Lee Williamson miss out due to ankle problems. David Bentley has knee trouble but Rovers' remaining loanees, midfielder David Jones and winger Cameron Stewart, are in contention.

Dean Marney (calf) is Burnley's only remaining injury worry. Boss Sean Dyche saw Ross Wallace return from a spell on the sidelines against Hull, alongside defensive duo Ben Mee and Michael Duff - and all three players came through unscathed.

Brighton v Crystal Palace

Brighton centre-half Adam El-Abd is suspended and full-backs Bruno and Wayne Bridge are carrying knocks. Skipper Gordon Greer will step in for El-Abd while Inigo Calderon comes in at right-back for calf injury-victim Bruno. Left-back Bridge needs a late check on a hamstring problem. Up front, Craig Mackail-Smith (Achilles) and Will Hoskins (knee) are out and Ashley Barnes is suspended.

Palace are without striker Stephen Dobbie, who is on loan with the Eagles from Brighton and cannot play against his parent club, so Andre Moritz or Kevin Phillips will start. Jazz Richards has recovered from a toe injury and should resume at right-back but fellow defenders Paddy McCarthy and Joel Ward (both groin) and midfielders Owen Garvan (knee) and Alex Nimely (hamstring) are still sidelined.

Jermaine Easter has joined Millwall on loan until the end of the season.
