Jose Mourinho lost his unbeaten record at Stamford Bridge as his side were stunned by the bottom club 2-1 and are now out 20/1 as they sit two points behind Liverpool.

The latter face Norwich at midday on Sunday and would stride five points clear while Manchester City are 7/2 chances ahead of their game on Monday at home to West Brom.

Sunderland have enjoyed a good week following their draw at Manchester City as well and have eased to 8/11 with Sky Bet for relegation.

Cardiff are 1/6 in that market following their 1-1 draw at home with Stoke.

It was a good day for Brighton in the Sky Bet Championship, with some of their rivals dropping points. They shorten to 7/1 from 8/1 without taking the field in Sky Bet's promotion betting.

The markets now see pre-season favourites QPR as the third most likely team to win the play-offs, with Wigan and Derby both 12/5 to be promoted and QPR back to 3/1 from 5/2.

At the bottom of the Championship it was a bitter blow for Barnsley as they lost to Yorkshire rivals Leeds.

Barnsley have been plunged back into deep trouble and are 1/8 for the drop. Their woe was enhanced by Millwall battling to a win against recent form team Middlesbrough. Millwall are now out to 11/4 to be relegated.

irst Townsend, now Chiles. What next ITV? Comedy that you can actually watch without vomiting up your own spleen? I'll be sad to see Matt Smith go though. I actually quite like him. Plus, he was good in Doctor Who.

wful, awful pundit. He was crap on BBC, and offered a little more analysis than Robbie Savage - apart from the delivery of banality in a sexy accent. Also, as I'm Irish he'll never be more then a slimy, hand-balling f**ker in my eyes.
