Frank Lampard's agent has denied giving an interview in which he was reported to have said his client was "certain" to leave Chelsea.
Steve Kutner was quoted on cittaceleste.it as saying the England midfielder would definitely depart Stamford Bridge in the summer and that a move to Serie A was possible.
But after the story broke, BBC Radio 5 Live presenter Mark Chapman tweeted: "Lampard's agent has just told us he 'hasnt spoken to anybody about Lampard's future and hasn't given any interview about it'."
