Estonia international Tarmo Kink is to leave Middlesbrough after agreeing to terminate his contract.
The 26-year-old joined the club in August 2010 under former boss Gordon Strachan and signed a three-year deal.
However, having struggled for regular football under current manager Tony Mowbray, he has decided to move on.
Kink, who has made just one appearance as a substitute this season, said: "I have enjoyed my time at Middlesbrough but now is the time to move on."
He made a total of 23 league and cup appearances for the club, scoring four goals.
