Crystal Palace manager Dougie Freedman has signed Kwesi Appiah from Margate for an undisclosed fee.
The 21-year-old striker has put pen to paper on a two-and-a-half-year deal with the Eagles.
Appiah, who netted 35 times in 34 games for Margate, told the club's official website: "I'm absolutely over the moon to be joining Palace.
"There were quite a few clubs taking a look at me over the last few weeks but Palace is the one I wanted to be at."
