The top scorer returned from an ankle injury against Shrewsbury last weekend and helped the Cobblers to a 2-0 win which kept their play-off dreams alive and will again play through the pain barrier.
Sampson said: “Bayo hasn’t trained all week but he will be available for Saturday.
“He is probably still only about 60% fit but it’s just a case now of getting him through the games and hopefully he’ll have the same impact at Bradford that he did against Shrewsbury.
“Bayo has got a real presence about him, his hold up play is good and I don’t think any centre-half likes playing against him. Any team probably has a stand-out player and Bayo is ours.”
Midfielder Luke Guttridge serves the third and final game of his ban while Andy Holt will shake off a heel problem to continue to fill in at centre-half.
