Alexis Sanchez speaks out to deny salacious Sun story
Alexis Sanchez has spoken out to deny a ‘false’ story published by The Sun on Sunday.
Sanchez, expected to join Manchester United from Arsenal soon, was the subject of a salacious claim from the national newspaper over the weekend.
A Matt Wilkinson exclusive claimed that the Chilean had offered a student £1,000 for sex, unbeknownst to his girlfriend Mayte Rodriquez.
The story contained quotes from said student, who claimed to have met Sanchez in a bar – where the forward is alleged to have ‘chatted her up’.
Wilkinson goes on to write that Sanchez ‘bombarded her with texts,’ and the pair visited more than once.
But Sanchez has moved to quash the rumours, posting the following message on Twitter.
