Stoke City winger Marco Arnautovic has reportedly handed in a transfer request, citing a ‘lack of ambition’ at the club.
The Austrian is clearly unimpressed with summer business that has so far seen only Darren Fletcher and Josh Tymon arrive at the Potteries club.
Stoke finished 13th last season after three straight campaigns that ended in a ninth-place finish; Arnautovic has scored 22 goals in those four Premier League seasons.
In recent weeks, he has been linked with £15m moves to AC Milan, PSG and West Ham, with Sky Sports claiming he has ‘had his head turned and his heart is no longer in the Potteries’.
Arnautovic would actually be a class signing for West Ham.
And that, my friends, is exactly the reason it's 100% bullshit.
