Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang has criticised Henrikh Mkhitaryan over his move to Manchester United.
Mkhitaryan left Borussia Dortmund for Old Trafford in a £26.3million move this summer after spending three seasons at the Westfalenstadion.
Dortmund left-back Marcel Schmelzer said at the time: “I was surprised that ‘Micki’ decided to make the move after all. Many players after the season talked to him about his plans. In the end, all you can do is to accept the decision.”
And Aubameyang, who has been often linked with a move to the Premier League, says he would choose to do things differently.
“In the end, all involved have to be pleased with it, and you still have to be able to look each other in the eye,” he told Bild.
“It’s about how you do it. And a few things were done in public recently which were not okay, and which you are not necessarily able to relate to as a colleague.”
