Bristol C v Nott’m Forest preview

Bristol City will be without Nicky Maynard when they take on Forest.
The striker was sent off in the 42nd minute of Saturday’s 3-2 defeat to Sheffield United and, thus, will be suspended for the rest of the season.
That sending off – for a two-footed tackle – was the first of Maynard’s career and the former Crewe man is devastated after a disappointing season, which he missed the majority of through a knee injury, ended in such circumstances.
“I feel disappointed in myself and upset for the fans. Hopefully the team can push on from Monday against Forest,” he said.
“It didn’t dawn on me until I was in the dressing room that my season was over. I kept thinking we had four games left and I’d be back for the last game but then I realised.”
Meanwhile, Louis Carey, who has been sidelined since fracturing his skull against Scunthorpe at the end of February, may return to the fold.
Paul Konchesky will return for Forest as they look to keep their promotion hopes alive.
The on-loan Liverpool left-back missed the derby win over Leicester on Good Friday thanks to a suspension but is available and will replace youngster Brendan Moloney.
That will see Chris Gunter switch to left-back as Joel Lynch (thigh) is still out.
American striker Robbie Findley comes into contention for his first start for the club after making his debut as a late substitute against Leicester.
However he and Kris Boyd may have to make do with a place on the bench as Robert Earnshaw and Marcus Tudgay both scored on Friday to justify their starting roles.
