Bury v Middlesbrough preview

Bury are set to hand debuts to three players.
Defender Adam Lockwood, winger Craig Jones and striker Marcus Marshall are all in line to make their first appearances following summer moves.
Striker Lateef Elford-Alliyu will play his first competitive game for the club since making a permanent move to Gigg Lane following a successful loan spell from West Brom last season.
The Shakers will be managed by Peter Shirtliff, who has been placed in temporary charge of first-team affairs following Richie Barker’s decision to join Crawley.
Defender Efe Sodje had been a doubt after falling unconscious and injuring an eye socket in a friendly match against Morecambe but the 39-year-old has since resumed training.
Middlesbrough boss Tony Mowbray could hand Jonathan Woodgate and Stuart Parnaby their second competitive bows for the club.
The defenders rejoined Boro during the summer after spells with the Teessiders earlier in their respective careers, and are in line for starts in the Capital One Cup first round tie with the Shakers.
Fellow new boys George Friend, Grant Leadbitter, Emanuel Ledesma and Muzzy Carayol could also be involved.
However, Mowbray has a series of injury concerns for the opening fixture of the new season.
Seb Hines (ankle), Joe Bennett (knee), Faris Haroun (groin) and Julio Arca (muscle strain) are all doubts, while striker Lukas Jutkiewicz is around two weeks away from a return after knee surgery.
