Campbell: I’d easily deal with Vardy and Kane
Sol Campbell insists he would have ‘no problem’ in dealing with either Harry Kane or Jamie Vardy at his peak.
Kane and Vardy are in excellent form this season, with the former third in the current Premier League goalscoring charts, having struck in each of his last six Spurs games in all competitions.
Vardy has scored in 10 consecutive top-flight games and has 13 goals to his name this season, but, speaking to BT Sport, former Spurs and Arsenal centre-half Campbell insists he would have no problem in marking either.
Asked whether he would rather face Kane or Vardy in the current day, Campbell replied: “Me? Not a problem.
“Not a problem. I think you guys forget how good I was, that’s the problem.”
@FletchAndSav @SolManOfficial @vardy7 @HKane remember when you left the library at half time because you couldn’t cope with Bobby Zamora?
