Emre Can has not ruled out the prospect of joining either Juventus or Bayern Munich upon the expiration of his Liverpool contract.
Can has 12 months remaining on his current deal at Anfield, and has been locked in contract negotiations since the summer.
Manchester United have been linked with the German midfielder in recent weeks, while Juventus and former club Bayern Munich hold a long-term interest.
Discussing his future after scoring his first-ever international goal for Germany on Sunday, the 23-year-old said it was an “honour” to be linked with Juventus.
“It’s always an honour to receive an offer from such a renowned club, but currently I am only focused on the season with Liverpool. My agent takes care of the rest,” Can told German outlet Kicker.
“The Premier League is just a really cool league, the most interesting in the world, but you must always respect other big clubs and leagues.”
Asked whether he could join Jurgen Klopp at Bayern Munich, the Reds boss having been linked with the permanent manager’s job at the Allianz Arena, Can replied: “You never know what will happen. And I don’t what Jurgen Klopp plans.”
