Chelsea’s summer transfer target Alex Sandro is set to be offered a new deal at Juventus, in a move that would keep the Brazilian out of Antonio Conte’s grasp for the foreseeable future.
Gazzetta dello Sport reports suggest that Sandro has been offered a deal worth £6.28m over a five year period.
The contract would match the offer that was made by Chelsea during the summer, when the Blues failed in their pursuit of the Brazillian.
The 26-year-old is thought to be the perfect match for the left side of Conte’s 3-5-2 formation as a wing back.
Sandro’s current deal runs until June 2020, but if the speculation in Italy is to be believed, the new deal at the Old Lady will be signed in November.
