Dickinson returns for Canaries trip

Dickinson missed Saturday’s 3-0 defeat by Leeds but he trained on Monday morning and will travel to East Anglia.
Gavin Hoyte has extended his loan spell from Arsenal and is set to return at right-back after completing a three-match ban, with Andrew Whing dropping to the bench.
But goalkeeper Michel Kuipers is still missing with a thigh strain so Graeme Smith deputises again.
Centre-half Colin Hawkins remains sidelined with an Achilles problem and is due to see a specialist.
Left-back Jim McNulty is also absent once again with an ankle injury, but he is not far from a return to full training.
