Double fitness boost for Saddlers

Centre-back Smith was an unused substitute against Carlisle last weekend having missed three matches with a knee injury, and he is now ready to return to action, while winger Till has recovered from a hamstring injury and is set to return to Hutchings’ match-day squad.
However, full-back Richard Taundry is still a week away from full fitness following his hamstring injury despite returning to training.
Midfielder Richard Davies has also been hit with a hamstring injury and is out of the game while young striker Will Grigg is away with Northern Ireland Under-19s.
Defender Stephen Roberts announced his retirement from the game on Thursday after failing to overcome persistent back injuries.
But Hutchings is hopeful the Saddlers can extend defender Clayton McDonald’s loan from Manchester City before the game.
