Everton have confirmed the signing of defender Ramiro Funes Mori from River Plate for £9.5 million on a five-year deal, keeping him at Goodison Park until 2020.
The Argentina international has been handed the No.25 shirt and is Toffees boss Roberto Martinez's sixth signing of the current transfer window, following the arrivals of Tom Cleverley, Gerard Deulofeu, David Henen, Mason Holgate and Leandro Rodriguez.
The Merseyside club announced on their twitter account: "#EFC (Everton Football Club) complete signing of defender Ramiro Funes Mori for a fee of £9.5m on a five-year deal."
