Everton v West Ham preview

Everton hope Phil Jagielka will be fit but Louis Saha is doubtful.
England defender Jagielka has missed four of the last five games with a thigh injury but has made good progress in the past week.
Striker Saha, who had started to find form with two goals in his last two appearances, is struggling to overcome the thigh strain which forced him to miss the Merseyside derby last weekend.
Diniyar Bilyaletdinov could get a chance following the sale of Steven Pienaar but Tim Cahill is still on international duty at the Asian Cup.
West Ham midfielder Scott Parker will start at Goodison.
Parker missed the 3-0 defeat by Arsenal with an ankle problem but has been passed fit to face the Toffees.
Lars Jacobsen (heal), Manuel Da Costa (ankle) and Thomas Hitzlsperger (thigh) are injured while Victor Obinna is suspended.
