Everton will face West Ham or Manchester United in the FA Cup semi-finals, with Crystal Palace facing Watford in the other.
Romelu Lukaku helped the Toffees secure a place at Wembley with a double against his former side Chelsea on Saturday, and they will face the winner of the replay between West Ham and Manchester United, who played out a 1-1 draw on Sunday.
In the other semi-final, Crystal Palace, who held off the challenge from Championship Reading to advance, will take on Watford, who beat Arsenal at the Emirates Stadium.
The Crystal Palace-Watford clash is a repeat of the Championship play-off final of 2013, which Palace won with a Kevin Phillips penalty.
Watford were last in the final in 1984, where they were beaten by Everton, while Palace lost the 1990 final to Manchester United after a replay.
Everton will face the winners of the replay between Manchester United and West Ham in the second semi-final.
The Hammers, cup winners in 1980, drew 1-1 at Old Trafford on Sunday.
The two ties will be played on the weekend of April 23 and 24.
