Fellaini: Carra is ‘champion of blah-blah and breaking legs’

Marouane Fellaini has labelled Jamie Carragher “the chanpion of blah-blah and the world champion of breaking legs” after watching YouTube clips of the Sky Sports pundit.

Carragher has been an outspoken critic of Manchester United’s Belgian midfielder, writing last year that he hoped never to see him play Premier League football again.

Belgian magazine Sport/Foot has asked him about the legendary Liverpool defender and he said, in quotes translated by SportWitness:

“If I am violent and aggressive, what was Carragher? He is the champion of blah-blah and the world champion of breaking legs. If you type his name into YouTube you’ll only see him tackling.”

This what Carragher wrote in the Daily Mail last year after Fellaini received a three-match ban for an elbow on Robert Huth:

‘My personal hope is that we would never see him playing in the Premier League again.

‘Three games is not a sentence that will prove a deterrent to Fellaini. He is a repeat offender and it has gone beyond the point now where people can attempt to defend him by saying he is a tall lad who is using his arms for leverage.’
