Gossip: Rooney to China, Hazard to Real, Walker to Barca
ROONEY AGENT IN CHINA
You can read the latest here because we really don’t have a big enough staff to write this sh*t twice.
HAZARD TO REAL MADRID
Poor Wayne Rooney. While his agent is flying around China, it seems that Real Madrid and Chelsea have been having talks about Eden Hazard. According to Diario Gol (nope, us neither), the Spanish giants are planning a ‘succulent offer’ for the Belgian this summer, with Zinedine Zidane a massive admirer.
Paulo Dybala and David de Gea are also said to be on Madrid’s wish list for the summer as they attempt to truly dominate European football.
BARCA WANT WALKER
Yesterday in Spain, it was all about Hector Bellerin, but in London, the Evening Standard were busy claiming that Tottenham full-back Kyle Walker in on Barcelona’s list of options as they search for a long-term replacement for Dani Alves. The Standard claim that Spurs would be looking for £60m for Walker, so we can assume that this deal will not be happening.
Intrerestingly, the Standard describe Walker as being happy at Tottenham but ‘also very ambitious – after Spurs’ abortive Champions League campaign this season, Walker is keen to play in the competition every season’.
AND THE REST
Watford have agreed a deal to sign Alaves’ 26-year-old defender Kiko Femenia at the end of the season…Former Blackburn and QPR defender Christopher Samba is training with Aston Villa…Stoke are planning a summer clear-out starting with the permanent exit of Bojan.
