Hereford v Rotherham preview

Michael Townsend is rated as 50/50 for Hereford.
The defender has picked up a sore calf and has not trained over the latter part of this week, with manager Jamie Pitman planning to assess him as late as possible.
Joe Colbeck returned to training on Thursday following his lengthy absence with a knee injury, but Saturday is expected to come too soon for the midfielder, who will look towards next Wednesday’s reserve match against AFC Telford.
Centre-back Stefan Stam (knee) is a couple of weeks away from his comeback.
Striker Sean Canham may find himself involved in Pitman’s matchday squad having returned to Edgar Street on the back of an eye-catching loan spell at non-league Bath City, in which he scored four times in 13 appearances.
Meanwhile, Rotherham manager Andy Scott is again forced into defensive changes.
The Millers’ backline has been blighted by injury and suspension this season and it shows no signs of abating as Guy Branston and Marcus Marshall will both miss out at Edgar Street.
Centre-half Branston suffered a foot injury in the FA Cup defeat at Shrewsbury last weekend and will undergo a scan while Marshall, who started at right-back, serves a one-match ban after being dismissed in that game.
Michael Raynes or Jason Taylor will come in to replace Branston and Dale Tonge will be recalled in Marshall’s absence.
On-loan Jon Harley was ineligible for the cup last week and he is likely to come back in at left-back, meaning Scott will start with just one of his back four from the Greenhous Meadow – Johnny Mullins.
Ryan Cresswell (ankle) and Mark Bradley (shoulder) have started running this week as their recovery builds pace, but Gareth Evans (ankle) and Jamie Annerson (knee) are long-term absentees.
