Ander Herrera will sign a new Manchester United contract worth £200,000 a week, according to reports.
The Star on Sunday claim in an exclusive that Herrera will sign a new ‘mega-contract’. Not sure £200,000 a week quite counts as that any more.
Still, it would make Herrera one of United’s highest earners, due reward for his form over the last two years.
“There is nothing certain about Barcelona because I am very happy at United,” said Herrera on Saturday evening.
“I feel valued and focused here.”
Herrera’s contract expires next summer, and the Spaniard is expected to sign a new deal in the next fortnight.
