Holt suspended for Orient clash

Captain Holt, who has scored 30 goals this season, must serve a two-match suspension after picking up his 10th booking of the season in Saturday’s 1-1 draw with MK Dons.
Oli Johnson and on-loan striker Stephen Elliott will be vying to replace him in the starting line-up as the Canaries look to extend their eight-point lead at the top of League One.
Goalkeeper Fraser Forster is available after completing a two-game ban, while manager Paul Lambert will continue to assess Wes Hoolahan (thigh).
The Irishman will be given as much time as possible to prove his fitness before Lambert makes a decision over his availability.
Luke Daley (thigh) and Jens Berthel Askou (foot) remain sidelined.
