Robert Huth has had a playful dig at Alexis Sanchez in the wake of Leicester’s clash with Arsenal on Wednesday.

Arsene Wenger defender the striker after he fell down theatrically after a throw-in from Christian Fuchs hit him on the shoulder.

Sanchez went down holding his face before being booked for not retreating far enough and the Chilean received condemnation online, especially after posting a photo on Twitter holding an ice pack to a swollen lip.

Arsenal great David Seaman called the incident “embarrassing” and Huth, whose own goal gave the Gunners a 1-0 win, clearly feels the same.

Tweeting a photograph of a minor cut on his finger, he said: “Just about recovered from the Arsenal battle the other night #playon”.
