Ivan Perisic is delighted to have been linked with a summer move to Chelsea, according to the Inter Milan winger’s agent.
With Italy boss Antonio Conte taking over at Chelsea following Euro 2016, the Blues are reportedly interested in a host of Serie A names.
Roma president James Pallotta has “categorically” ruled out selling midfielder Miralem Pjanic to the Londoners, who are also understood to be interested in Radja Nainggolan and Kostas Manolas.
However, Inter could be forced into allowing a number of their players to leave the San Siro, with the club set to fall foul of Financial Fair Play regulations and likely to miss out on Champions League qualification for a fifth-successive season.
“To be linked with a club like Chelsea and a manager like Antonio Conte is very exciting for Perisic,” the Croatian’s agent, Tonci Martic, told Goal.
“The Premier League is the best league in the world and Chelsea is a massive club so we would happily talk about it, but a deal is far at this moment.”
Perisic, 27, has scored eight goals in 31 appearances for Inter this season.
