Ipswich v Norwich preview

Ipswich winger Lee Martin starts a three-match ban for his sending-off in the first-half of the 1-0 win at Bristol City on Saturday.
Jason Scotland was dropped to the bench to incorporate Martin in the starting line-up at Ashton Gate so he could be recalled.
Midfielder Grant Leadbitter is a doubt after sustaining a nasty head injury against the Robins causing his withdrawal on a stretcher in the 70th minute.
Defender Mark Kennedy is also rated as doubtful after he missed out at the weekend with a hamstring problem that has plagued him all season.
If Kennedy fails to make it on-loan Celtic man Darren O’Dea will continue to deputise while Colin Healy could come in if Leadbitter loses his race to be fit.
Norwich will check on Grant Holt ahead of the game as he continues to struggle with a slight hamstring tear he suffered against Watford.
Holt played through the pain barrier in last Friday’s 2-1 home win over Nottingham Forest and is expected to be fit to face the Tractor Boys, but Paul Lambert has refused to confirm whether he will play.
Fellow striker Chris Martin played in a behind-closed-doors friendly this week as he continues to recover from two months out with a hamstring injury and could earn a place on the bench.
The match could be Sam Vokes’ last of his loan from Wolves while another forward, Oli Johnson, is back from a loan spell at Yeovil .
Leon Barnett (hamstring), Aaron Wilbraham (back) and Tom Adeyemi (thigh) are out.
