Jordon Ibe has become the latest member of Liverpool’s squad to be laid low with a hamstring injury.
Ibe, who replaced Philippe Coutinho in the victory over Stoke in the Capital One Cup, complained of discomfort after the match.
The winger failed to train on Thursday, but Liverpool are hopeful that the issue is only minor, and are yet to rule him out of any games beyond the FA Cup tie with Exeter.
Ibe’s injury takes Liverpool’s total number of casualties to 13.
Would you be surprised if I put 'Jordon Ibe', 'Liverpool' and 'hamstring' in the same sentence?
