Juve block Zaza's Hammers move

The Hammers were believed to be close to tying up a season-long deal for the Italy international, with the Serie A club keen for him to gain some playing time elsewhere.
However, after talks had taken place over a deal which would see the Hammers pay £1.4million to sign Zaza on loan with the option to buy at £11.5million, it is claimed Juventus performed a U-turn late on Wednesday.
Zaza, 24, scored 12 goals in 31 appearances for Sassuolo last season but joined Juve earlier in the summer after they exercised their right to buy outright a player they had previously had co-ownership of.
West Ham have a striker shortage with Andy Carroll, Mauro Zarate and Enner Valencia all injured.
