Jurgen Klopp has offered no assurances with regards to Philippe Coutinho’s future at Liverpool beyond January.
Coutinho has long been linked with a move to Barcelona, and attempted to force through his departure in the summer.
Liverpool rejected the Brazilian’s transfer request however, as well as three offers from Barcelona.
The Catalan club are expected to renew their interest as early as the winter transfer window, but Klopp has not spent days contemplating the future of one of his best players.
Klopp was asked what made him so sure Coutinho would still be at the club in February but he dismissed the question.
“Nothing – but I don’t think about it, I think about the Moscow game,” he said.
“Not one second have I thought about that so far. I am not unsure, I am not sure, I don’t think about it.
“No one knows what will happen in the ‘nice and calm’ January transfer window. It’s nice from an outside view but I have absolutely nothing to say.”
