Manchester United midfielder Andreas Pereira has joined Valencia on a season-long loan.
The Spanish side announced the signing of the 21-year-old on their official website.
Pereira also spent last season in La Liga, playing for relegated Granada.
The midfielder impressed for United in pre-season, and travelled with the squad to Skopje for the UEFA Super Cup final in August – although he did not make the matchday squad.
It was expected that Jose Mourinho would hand the Brazilian more playing opportunities this season, with Pereira stating his intentions to break into the first team.
It was even reported that Mourinho had abandoned plans to loan the player out. Not so.
