Manchester City winger Samir Nasri has vowed to recover from his latest injury setback after ruling himself out of action for three months.
The Frenchman has been out of action with a hamstring problem – but he took to social media on Wednesday night to explain he was looking forward to his return.
The France international tweeted: “What doesn’t kill you make you stronger. I will be back better than ever see you in 3 months.”
A pictured on Nasri’s instagram account showed him on crutches.
The 28-year-old, who has been out with a hamstring problem, has not played for City since a substitute appearance in the 5-1 Barclays Premier League defeat of Bournemouth on October 17.
