Norwich v Scunthorpe preview

Norwich manager Paul Lambert is without Aaron Wilbraham for the game.
Wilbraham will play no further part in the Canaries’ push for promotion after being ruled out with a back injury.
Fellow striker Chris Martin is on the mend but Saturday’s game will come too soon for a return to the first-team squad.
However, there is some good news for Lambert with the international break allowing defender Zak Whitbread and on-loan Arsenal midfielder Henri Lansbury to return to fitness following knocks.
Midfielder Andrew Crofts and striker Simeon Jackson have both returned from international duty fit with both likely to feature against Alan Knill’s side.
Lambert has loanees Sam Vokes and Dani Pacheco at his disposal after the duo got a week’s training under their belts.
New Scunthorpe boss Alan Knill is boosted by the return of goalkeeper Joe Murphy but also has three fresh injury worries ahead of the trip.
Murphy is back in the Iron squad for the first time in three months after an ankle injury and will challenge Josh Lillis for the gloves.
However, Lee Miller and Mark Duffy are nursing groin strains and Marcus Williams is troubled by a back problem, the same complaint that continues to sideline Cliff Byrne.
In another blow, winger Garry Thompson has been ruled out for the rest of the season after undergoing groin surgery this week.
Tony Daws, who was placed in caretaker charge prior to Knill’s arrival, said: “He’s working to recover and make sure that he’s ready for next season.”
