Oster hoping to prove his fitness

The Welshman suffered a knee injury in the warm-up before last week’s win over Scunthorpe and skipper Brian Stock stepped in.
Stock, who has missed a large chunk of the season following back surgery in February, had initially been named on the substitutes’ bench and was replaced after an hour by Dean Shiels.
Central defender Adam Lockwood, sidelined for five months following successive metatarsal fractures, could be handed his first start since September but manager Sean O’Driscoll will still be without midfielder Martin Woods, who has had groin surgery, and leading goalscorer Billy Sharp (thigh).
Defender Jason Shackell, back in training following a long-term hernia problem, is hoping to make an appearance on the final day as Rovers look to close the season in the top half of the table.
