AC Milan join race to sign Arsenal midfielder Wilshere
AC Milan have made a late move to sign Jack Wilshere on loan from Arsenal, according to reports.
Wilshere is expected to leave north London on a season-long loan after falling down the pecking order at the Emirates Stadium.
Roma, Bournemouth and Crystal Palace are hoping to sign the England international, while Sky Sports report that Milan have also thrown themselves into the mix.

Palace boss Alan Pardew says Wilshere would be the “icing on the cake” but the Eagles appear set to miss out on the Arsenal midfielder.
Speaking to Sky Sports, Pardew said: “Jack is a player that became available yesterday, so it would be silly not to get involved in that.
“Obviously there’s a lot of clubs that would like Jack, and I guess we’re one of them. But we’ve done so great in this window, it really would be the icing on the cake if we could get him across the line.
“We’ve got other targets that we’re pursuing as well today, so we’re having a look at those as much as we’re looking at Jack. In terms of where we stand, if we didn’t get anyone across the line I’d still be very, very pleased.”
