Mauricio Pochettino has discussed the Tottenham future of Michel Vorm.
The Dutch keeper is expected to start in the Carabao Cup fourth-round fixture with West Ham on Wednesday.
Vorm has played second fiddle to club captain Hugo Lloris for a number of seasons, but has been a reliable hand as back-up.
Pochettino has praised the keeper’s attitude on the eve of the West Ham clash, where he will start his second game of the season.
“When people complain, but if they aren’t good enough on the pitch or training session and there’s no commitment to the club or you, then that’s easy to say you are out.
“He [Vorm] is professional. They fight and show great quality and that’s my problem. It’s easy with those who complain. Players like Vorm, it’s difficult to say we are playing you and not you.
“He complains with his performances in the training session. That’s his way to complain. To show me he deserves to play. That is the way to complain to the manager and not knock on the door.”
