QPR will check on Shaun Derry’s fitness ahead of the London derby against Millwall.
The midfielder has been in the treatment room after coming off with a knock during Saturday’s 3-0 win over Doncaster.
Mikele Leigertwood replaced Derry at the weekend and is on standby for his league start of the season.
Rangers are without Alejandro Faurlin (groin), Bradley Orr (calf), Fitz Hall (hamstring), Peter Ramage and Lee Cook (both knee), while striker Rob Hulse’s debut is still on hold as he recovers from an Achilles problem.
Club captain Martin Rowlands was on the bench for the second time after 11 months out with a cruciate ligament injury and will be pushing to get on the pitch.
Millwall will be without Liam Trotter when they make the short trip across London to face the league leaders.
The midfielder was sent off during the first half of Saturday’s 2-1 defeat at Cardiff and starts a three-match ban.
Preston loanee Darren Carter is still missing with an ankle injury so defender Tamika Mkandawire, the summer signing from Leyton Orient, is likely to continue in midfield.
Tony Craig started his first league game of the season after recovering from a broken metatarsal and should continue at left-back with Scott Barron pushed further up the flank.
Defender Andrew Frampton (ankle), as well as strikers Shaun Batt (knee) and John Marquis (wrist) are still in the treatment room.
