Rampant Millers end Hatters run

The Millers took the lead in the 11th minute when Reuben Reid beat George Pilkington to a bouncing ball and strode past Keith Keane before blasting past Dean Brill from 12 yards.
After soaking up some Luton pressure, the visitors went 2-0 up in the 38th minute when the Hatters failed to deal with a long throw into the box and Drewe Broughton forced the ball home from a tight angle five yards out while falling to the ground.
Chris Martin’s bullet header from Asa Hall’s cross reduced the deficit in the 42nd minute only for the Millers to net again seven minutes after half-time when Mark Bower could only head a corner into the path of Danny Harrison, who nodded home from 10 yards.
Hall pulled one back when his low 25-yard drive found the corner of the net in the 70th minute but substitute Mark Hudson sealed the win three minutes from time to leave Luton 11 points from safety with just six games remaining.
