Claudio Ranieri is urging Leicester to retain their composure as the Foxes get closer to “something nobody thought could happen”.
Riyad Mahrez scored his 16th goal of the season to give the Foxes three more points at Crystal Palace as they seek to pull off the unlikeliest of title triumphs.
The visiting supporters stayed behind at Selhurst Park at sing “we’re gonna win the league!” and with seven games of the season to go, the prospect of Leicester being champions is becoming more realistic.

Ranieri, though, is urging everyone connected with Leicester to remain calm and focus for now on earning enough points to secure a top-four pace as quickly as possible.
“The team started the season hoping to be safe and now we’re fighting for something nobody thought could happen,” said Ranieri in his post-match interview at Palace.
“Eight points clear and seven games to play – it sounds good, our fans are singing a very good song about that.
“But we are to stay calm because the Premier League is the same in every match – you don’t know what will happen.
“We have to continue to push a lot because the Champions League is very close to us.
“Maybe in the next two matches I can say something more.”
