READING WAIT ON GRIFFIN

Andy Griffin remains a doubt for Reading as they prepare to face Stevenage in the third round of the FA Cup.
The full-back, who had only recently broken back into the Royals’ starting line-up, is struggling with an injury that kept him out of the 3-1 defeat at Cardiff on Monday.
Should the former Newcastle defender not be fit in time for the clash with npower League One Borough then Ian Harte is likely to fill in on the left of defence.
With Reading boss Brian McDermott allowed to name seven substitutes in the FA Cup, there could be places on the bench for striker Mathieu Manset and winger Michail Antonio.
Keeper Alex McCarthy, who has recently returned from a loan spell at Leeds, could also be named among the replacements.
Stevenage will be without Chuks Aneke. He was shown a straight red card during the 1-0 home defeat to Leyton Orient on Bank Holiday Monday just eight minutes after coming on as a second-half substitute.
The on-loan Arsenal midfielder will begin a three-match suspension.
Stacy Long could be a candidate to replace Aneke while an attacking reshuffle could see Luke Freeman, who is also on loan from Arsenal, recalled to the starting XI.
Boro boss Graham Westley has options elsewhere too, with defenders Phil Edwards and Ronnie Henry and striker Don Cowan vying for recalls.
Ben May has completed a three-match suspension, while fellow striker Guy Madjo and winger Jennison Myrie-Williams will hope to come into Westley’s thoughts after returning from successful loans spells at Port Vale.
