Pep Guardiola has won a record fourth consecutive Premier League Manager of the Month award.
Guardiola led Manchester City to six wins and one draw in the month of December, with the only slip coming against Crystal Palace on New Year’s Eve.
They are 15 points clear at the Premier League summit and still unbeaten.
Guardiola has been named Manager of the Month for September, October, November and now December, with Huddersfield boss David Wagner the last different manager to be crowned.
The Spaniard also won Manager of the Month in February, and only eight bosses have more than his total five awards.
Tottenham striker Harry Kane won the player’s equivalent for December, his two hat-tricks helping the club to four wins and a draw.
The England international has won the Premier League Player of the Month award six times in total – a joint record with Steven Gerrard.
