Rose insists three times he has not fallen out with Poch

Danny Rose has not fallen out with Mauricio Pochettino. He made sure to tell everyone three times in the space of three sentences.

Rose’s future at Tottenham is in doubt after the left-back was omitted from the matchday squad for the north London derby defeat to Arsenal.

Manchester United are thought to be interested in signing the England international in January or next summer.

But Rose has insisted that, while he was “fuming” to miss the Arsenal game, he and Pochettino are on fine terms.

“There was no falling out,” he said.

“There was no argument, no bust-up. I was fuming, yes, but it should be obvious any player should be unhappy that they’re not involved in the biggest game of the season.

“There was no falling out or bust-up. I trained on Saturday and it looked like the right decision from the manager.”
