Schalke sign Tottenham midfielder Bentaleb on loan
Tottenham have confirmed Nabil Bentaleb has joined Bundesliga outfit Schalke on loan for the rest of the season.
Bentaleb had fallen out of favour at White Hart Lane, with Mauricio Pochettino admitted the midfielder did not feature in his plans this season.
The 21-year-old will spend the rest of the season on loan at Schalke, who are understood to have the option to make the deal permanent.
Spurs reportedly value the Algeria international at around £15million.

Bentaleb could link up with former Spurs flop Benjamin Stambouli at the German side.
Schalke are in talks with PSG over a deal for the midfielder, who made 12 Premier League appearances for Spurs in 2014/15.
