Shrewsbury v Oldham preview

Shrewsbury boss Graham Turner has options available to him should he wish to shuffle his pack.
Midfielder Matt Richards and defender James Hurst are pushing for starts after they were dropped to the bench on Saturday.
Jermaine Grandison (hip) and Darren Jones (dislocated shoulder) remain sidelined.
Mark Wright is making good progress in his recovery from a hip injury but this game is expected to come too soon for him.
Saturday’s goalless draw with Colchester confirmed Shrewsbury’s League One survival but Turner believes his side still have plenty to play for.
He told the club’s official website: “There’s no such thing as a nothing game.
“First of all from a players point of view, they’ve got to put on performances because there are contracts to consider and all those sort of things, as well as pride.
“We want to finish as high up the table as we can.”
Oldham manager Lee Johnson has the luxury of naming an unchanged team as his side make the trip to Shrewsbury.
The Latics secured their League One survival with a 2-1 home victory against Crawley on Saturday and Johnson has signalled his intentions to keep their momentum going with a win against the Shrews.
Jose Baxter will be hoping to force his way into Johnson’s plans however after being made to settle for a spot on the subs bench against Richie Barker’s men on his return from suspension.
Cliff Byrne remains a doubt due to a groin injury while James Wesolowski is unlikely to feature due to a knee problem.
James Tarkowski is definitely ruled out for the season with a knee injury of his own.
Victory would see the Latics record their fourth consecutive league win, their best run since August 2008.
