Shrewsbury v Swansea preview

Shrewsbury manager Graham Turner is contemplating further changes for the match.
Turner introduced four new faces – Jermaine Grandison, Joe Jacobson, Sean McAllister and Terry Gornell – for Saturday’s clash with Crewe and watched as his new-look side recorded their first league win of the campaign.
With seven substitutes allowed in the League Cup, the Shrews boss may also include Tom Bradshaw within his matchday 18 as the striker steps up his recovery from knee ligament damage. Winger Jon Taylor will be assessed after illness ruled him out at the weekend.
“When these games are coming thick and fast and players aren’t quite match fit it’s about using the squad, so there might be changes on Tuesday,” said Turner.
“I imagine Swansea might change their side a little bit from the one that played on Saturday. But it doesn’t matter, it’s a Premier League club coming here.
“It’s nice to be in the second round, it was a terrific achievement and performance to win at Derby (in the first round), especially in view of their results in the league. It’s a game we can look forward to and can go into nice and relaxed and play our stuff. And if it’s our night we’ve got a chance of winning.”
Swansea manager Brendan Rodgers is set to hand several players the chance to impress.
Jose Moreira is to be handed an opportunity in goal with Michel Vorm rested, while Joe Allen and Mark Gower are set for midfield roles.
Record signing Danny Graham is set to continue up front with youngsters Daniel Alfei and Joe Walsh also in line for starts, but captain Garry Monk (foot) will again miss out.
Swans (from): Vorm, Moreira, Williams, Taylor, Caulker, Tate, Bodde, Britton, Orlandi, Beattie, Graham, Sinclair, Dyer, Dobbie, Routledge, Lita, Moore, Rangel, Allen, Agustien, Gower, Butler, Walsh, Alfei, Richards.
