Terry has not travelled to Paris – report
Chelsea captain John Terry has not travelled with Chelsea’s squad for their Champions league match with Paris St Germain.
Terry was substituted during the 5-1 victory over Newcastle on Saturday, but trained with the squad on Monday.
Guus Hiddink had hinted that Terry would miss the match against the French champions:
“Tomorrow we’ll know how serious he is. Midweek is already Tuesday and we have just two days to recover,” he said.
“I think teams need at least three days, but we don’t have so we’ll see what will be the outcome tomorrow. We must calm down and take wise decisions towards Tuesday and towards the upcoming weekend.”

“John Terry is the one of the most important player for Chelsea. Not the same team without him,” said PSG head coach Laurent Blanc in his pre-match press conference. There are no flies on him.
